Mickki Brown, native of Cleveland Ohio is a powerful/seductive/soulful soprano currently presented as 'The incomparable Ms. Mickki Brown' with Tex and the Killer Band; last seen at 'The Jockey Club' and 'The Monkey Bar' at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Ms. Brown sets standards as a solo performer internationally; recently performing under the direction of Mr. Quincy Jones at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. She has performed with such legendary greats as Sammy Davis Jr., Ms. Patti Austin, and Chaka kahn to name only a few. Ms. Brown spent time touring with Wayne Newton and was the nightly featured soloist on his tour. Her stage performances range from intimate lounge settings where she captivates audiences with her seductive tones that leave them pleasantly chilled, to main stage audiences of 1200 or more who are left in awe of this 5'2 powerhouse of Soul that takes them in the palm of her hand and leads them to musical ecstacy.
